Menu

Chicken Fricassee
Braised chicken with cream sauce and carrot,
roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Spice-crusted Sirloin
Sirloin steak with creamy caper sauce,
roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables (GF)

Risotto
With roasted forest mushrooms and fontina cheese,
seasonal roasted vegetables (GF, Vegetarian)


All meals served with salad, bread, dessert and VCS family-owned wines
