Please join Genevieve Long and Mechell Hansen as they host a spectacular night of pampering and fun – be prepared to be spoiled! You will be greeted with a Champagne Delight beverage. On this truly Northwest-inspired evening, spend the evening laughing and talking with all your VCS friends. You will dine al fresco on grilled salmon, fresh from Alaska. Then, after dinner, the band will take the stage and you will be treated to a private concert by Portland’s own indie rock band, “One From Many.” Their primarily acoustic performance will showcase their dynamic songwriting, and explore a wide range of influences beyond their alt-rock core, including elements of Gospel, Indie Pop and R&B.
Experience a special interaction between guest and musician in this warm and intimate venue. Adults only, please.
Movies under the Stars

It’s time for Supper and a Show with Sundaes on a Saturday! You’ll dine on a fabulous Qdoba dinner and ice cream sundaes. Then, at dusk, get ready for the show. Grab your popcorn and settle back for a fantastic film (title to be determined). It will, of course, be appropriate for family viewing. Make sure you bring your blanket and a sense of fun. Families only. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Bocce, Burgers and Brews

The Sisters love to play bocce and they would like to challenge each of you to a friendly game! Join them for barbequed hamburgers and all the fixin’s and then set the jack for a friendly game of bocce. Be warned, Sr. Charlene and her crew have been practicing since the installation of their court last year, so be ready to bowl!
Play to Win! Poker Night

Join your hosts, Chris Hansen and Vince Nguyen for an evening of serious poker. Your buy-in covers the Texas Hold-Em tournament and all prizes. Professional dealers will keep the game moving and bartenders at the open bar will make sure to provide libations. There will be finger foods on hand for your break from the action. The top six players will receive prizes including restaurant gift certificates and movie tickets. The grand prize awarded will be an iPad Mini.

Escape to the Islands

The Reid family will host this tropical getaway at their home, complete with Pan-Asian cuisine catered by Nora Alvis, island-inspired drinks and authentic music. Heavenly Barbeque

Location: St. John Fisher Rectory
Father Richard Thompson, Pastor of St. John Fisher parish in Portland, will provide a “hands on” barbeque cooking class for eight high school students at the St. John Fisher Rectory. Fr. Richard is a fabulous chef who will share his culinary knowledge with Valley Catholic students. Each guest will learn how to cook a fabulous grilled meal and properly set the table. But the real fun starts when it’s time to consume the results! A custom apron awaits each participant, along with a small “kit” of essentials to take home after the day. Become a grill master at this heavenly barbeque!

Get your child ready for the upcoming CYO season! On Sunday, October 23, 2016 your son or daughter will enjoy this one and a half hour clinic with Valley Catholic's champion coaches. Your little superstar will get to learn "Skills and Drills" from varsity athletes! The young athletes will use their new skills in a scrimmage, and after the game, there will be snacks for everyone!
